A successful change project hinges on communicating the change in a way that is tailored to the target group. We will develop a communication strategy for you that ensures project information is disseminated via suitable channels and formats, thereby creating transparency. 

Analysis and strategy development

A clear communication strategy is essential for the successful introduction of new work environments. To this end, we analyze existing channels and formats, identify target groups, and develop appropriate communication goals. Based on these findings, we create a communication plan that systematically outlines content, milestones, suitable channels, and tones. We incorporate existing structures, expand them as needed, and coordinate formats and publication dates.

Implementation

We establish the agreed-upon communication channels and implement effective formats such as digital FAQs, intranet posts, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and microsites. Our goal is to present complex information in an understandable way that arouses interest. Interactive measures, such as town hall meetings or creative workshop formats—for example, with Lego Serious Play—bring content to life and promote identification with the change process. We can also use a pilot area, i.e., a limited office space where employees can try out elements of the new working environment in advance.

Relocation

During the relocation phase, we ensure that information is provided in a structured, clear, and timely manner. Specific communication channels, a relocation handbook, and other informational materials provide guidance. Information events and welcome formats promote positive dynamics at the new location and help employees see the change as an opportunity. This ensures a successful transition and uninterrupted business operations.

Follow-up support

Even after the move, we continue to support you with communication. During this phase, we ensure information flows in a targeted manner, queries are addressed, and dialogue remains active. We use feedback formats, such as surveys, pulse polls, and moderated feedback rounds, to make adjustments as needed. Additionally, we monitor everyday questions via help desks, chat channels, and designated contact persons. Through ongoing change communication, we accompany later optimization steps and promote the sustainable anchoring of cultural change.
