Analysis and strategy development

First, we develop a comprehensive understanding of your individual wishes, priorities, and existing conditions. Then, we translate these into specific design and furnishing concepts. We incorporate guidelines and technical aspects, such as lighting, as well as functional and aesthetic goals. The result is a perfectly tailored room concept. If you wish, we can integrate your art, antiques, personal collections, or other elements.

We use various tools throughout the design process, including joint sampling appointments for selecting colors and materials, as well as 3D visualizations and digital building tours. These tools allow you to experience the effect of the planned design and provide targeted support for your decision-making process.

Implementation

We will develop proposals for furnishings, materials, and other interior design elements. Together, we will select from these proposals. If required, existing furniture can be integrated into the concept. Lighting design, acoustic solutions, and smart technologies are also part of the design process. We pay particular attention to integrating your corporate identity into the design, as well as selecting sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions.

We take care of the tendering process and accompany the ordering and delivery process. We also coordinate tradespeople and specialist planners. We draw up project plans, monitor costs and quality, check implementation on site, and ensure that deadlines are met.

Relocation

During the move, we coordinate all involved trades, as well as furniture delivery, placement, and acceptance. We make sure workstations, meeting rooms, and lounge and communal areas are ready for use immediately at the new location. This guarantees a seamless transition with no interruptions to everyday work.

Follow-up support

We continue to support you even after you have moved in. We evaluate the success of various solutions and identify optimization opportunities. Together, we ensure that your working environment remains effective in the long term.
